This was actually the beginning and end to a longer piece I had written, but I cut out the entire middle - which was my personal experiences with school and competitions - because it was too difficult to draw, and also too long.

Spring has finally rolled around, which means the cherry blossoms are in full bloom. To celebrate, take a look at these dreamlike images shot by Takeshi Suga in Japan.

To get that hazy atmosphere, Takeshi layers one negative that’s in focus on top of another that’s deliberately out of focus. A trick we are definitely going to try.
